Search queries
A name or location entered into the search widget is sent to the third-party provider that runs that search. We do not store or log the submitted search terms on our own systems.
Messages
Messages sent by email or through a contact method may be retained so we can respond. We do not share them outside our organization unless disclosure is required by law.
Technical Information
Like many online services, our systems and service providers may receive technical information when a page is loaded.
- IP address.
- Browser type and version.
- Device type and operating system.
- Pages visited and time spent on them.
- Referring site, if one is supplied.
- Access date and time.
